Who Should I Prescribe Naloxone to?

  • Patients taking an opioid prescription >90 Morphine Equivalent Doses (MED)
  • Patients who are also taking Benzodiazepines
  • Patients with a history of overdose
  • Patients with a history of Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
