Local Efforts for Substance Use Disorder Treatment

Wheelhouse is a hub-and-spoke model project to increase access to Medication Supported Recovery in the Tri-County Area, by supporting substance use disorder (SUD) providers to build and expand Medication Supported Recovery programs. The project is funded by Health Share of Oregon and led by Central City Concern and CODA. As of 11/29/18, the Wheelhouse network has expanded to include Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, De Paul Treatment Centers, Lifeworks Northwest, Outside In, and Sequoia Mental Health Services, Inc.

The goal of Wheelhouse is to develop an enhanced infrastructure and recovery-oriented system of care that not only improves, but also transforms, access to and quality of care for people with substance use disorders in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties.
